While we were in the hotel, I had no way to make eggs. Then I thought of the crock pot. Why not? I looked it up on-line and sure enough, it had been tried before. The first time I cooked them too long and they were a real pain to peel. It took me two times to get it perfect, but I did!
I almost ate it all without taking a picture and remembered at the last bite!
