I’d heard of this before, but it was one of those meals that sounded complicated and mysterious. I had no inkling of how to make it. What a surprise to find it only took a few minutes to throw this in the crock pot. (Mostly because I cheated and used pre-cubed meat.) The best part? I utilized a much cheaper cut of meat because it cooked all day. As I busied myself around the house, the smell wafted through each room. And the first words out of my man’s mouth when he arrived home? “That smells good.”
